The Society of Eminent Chefs in China (SECC) was established in 2014. Since its establishment, relying on the advantages of a professional, diverse and influential platform, it has become the core position for the growth, communication and cooperation of numerous enterprises, chefs and catering practitioners. With a comprehensive and in-depth business layout, the club integrates many sectors such as planning and preparation, cutting-edge information, dish research and development, training and certification, exquisite food ingredients, overseas exchanges, master endorsements, etc. It empowers the high-quality development of the industry, creates, shares and achieves mutual benefits with a large number of peers, leads the industry to new heights, and brings a positive and favorable impact on the development of the industry.
EVENTS
The Society of Eminent Chefs in China (SECC) has made several trips to countries such as France, Switzerland, Greece, Germany, Italy, and Japan for exchanges, inspections, and cooperation. It has established cooperative relationships with the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, the Canadian Culinary Federation, the Greek National Chefs Association, the Swiss Education Group (SEG) School of Hotel Management, the Swiss Hotel Management School in City, Le Cordon Bleu, L’École de Cuisine Alain Ducasse at Institut Paul Bocuse, WDA Academy in Singapore, and the Malaysian Culinary Association.
